We all would love to have the pace and speed that Usain Bolt has so that we can just fly past our opponents and flat out dominate them.

What if I told you that you can get faster! Would you believe me?

Well you will not be as fast as the 2 time Olympic Gold medalist in the 100 meter sprint but you can improve your athletic quickness, agility and speed that will help you get off the mark a lot quicker, therefore leaving your opponent wondering.

Fast twitch muscles are a group of muscles responsible for those quick off the mark and sudden change of direction movements. By training this muscle group you will develop stronger take offs and will be able to turn much faster.

Sports is about a matter of inches. If you play soccer you can beat your opponent to the ball. If you play basketball, you can out jump the next player and if you play football, your agility and able to cut inside will leave your opponent for dead.
