I found an excellent core metabolic circuit workout that you can incorporate into your speed workouts. Developing your core strength is key to becoming stronger and faster.

Dan Long is a TRX suspension training specialist and he is a big time fitness expert from Tampa Bay PowerHouse Gym and he has a great video that you can follow along. This TRX metabolic workout is only 30 minutes long and he can add it once, twice or three times per week. As you please.

Not only is this an excellent workout for your core but with suspension straps, you can literally workout anywhere you like.

Go to the park or a field that has trees so that you have a solid anchor point for your straps and you are set with a circuit. Why go to the gym if you can train outside. It is an excellent idea to mix up your workouts and suspension training does just that.'
